- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A couple of the tellers are great, but the two women that I spoke to about overdrafts (at $35 a pop) were not very accommodating (to put it nicely). Dorothy said she'd follow up with me and I didn't hear from her for over a week ... the branch manager (?) after condescending to me about keeping a register (more than once) said she could only refund one charge. After further discussion, she admitted she could refund more, but it was at her discretion ... and she suggested I visit the bank where I opened my account. I will do just that - and I'll also close my account on that day. For what seemed to be a bank about convenience, it just seems like all of the other banks that do their due diligence to nickel and dime you.By Stephen Orsini, May 31, 2017
